I've just had Time the Healer visit me and it was interested in certain item more than it used to: Direful Reflection remains unchanged, at 16.
Is there some obvious truth about this that I do not know (or at least some tantalising speculations)?

This is the week that leftover Buckets of So-Called Snow will melt, into Direful Reflections. Not having any means your Reflection count is unchanged.
