I was wondering when exactly De Gustibus typically rolls around each year. I have gone to great lengths to acquire a certain flask to... make use of...during a particular day in the Neath, and I want to make sure that I am not over the unterzee when the time arrives to use it.

Most people seem to agree it hits Jan 31/Feb 1. Noon to noon GMT probably, that's usually how Failbetter does these things.
