Would you want to store items in London?

One thing I kind of wish we could do is store some items in London, so we could hold onto quest items without sacrificing cargo space.
Obviously having to keep cargo space occupied is part of the challenge in completing quests, but it doesn't seem like it would be too overpowered if you store a few things, like maybe 5 or 10 items, in your lodging. Maybe you'd need to purchase a warehouse or rent a bank vault to unlock this privilege.
What do you think?
