Has anyone (newer players in particular) seen this card lately?

I suspect it may have been retired but would like to find it if not. The problem is that with the Feast of Rose fast approaching there is some tenson between completing the Clathermont story and waiting to find the independent young ladies...

I have 'Entwined in the Intrigues of the Clathermont Family' 9, and I don't know if I've ever seen that card.
