Does anyone know if you can keep a gift you've been given instead of turning it in for masquing? Specifically, I'd like to keep 1 of my 2 decanters of Lachrymose Chartreuse, for the +1 Bizarre it provides.

Yes, you are under no obligation to trade them in. Quite a few of them are well worth hanging on to.
And you hand items in one at a time, so you it won't take both decanters at once.

Only Masquing will not remain past the holiday.
You can keep all Feast gifts, whether or not they are equippable). Favourite collection ideas:
- A full deck of 52 Singed Cards
- A full set of 32 Buttered Chess Pieces
- A full set of 32 Glasses of Teeth
- 77 Pink-Painted cats (because why not?)

On the other hand, you can use a Watchful Doll (low-level Fate item) to take Masquing from 29 to 32. I know, because I did that yesterday.
