Fun With the Fisher Kings odds?

Does anyone know the odds for getting a Starveling Cat and a Devilbone Die (in the same bundle) from the Fun With the Fisher Kings storylet? I ask because the RNG has been weird all day, and I just did this twice in half an hour. It seemed a little, well, odd. So I'm curious as to just how likely or unlikely that outcome is.
