I just advanced the Jack-of-Smiles Case from 9 to 10 on my alt, and in addition to what's on the wiki, it reset a quality I'd never seen before called "Are they talking about you?". I didn't think anything of it until I looked at the wiki and saw it wasn't mentioned there, so I didn't think to screenshot it. The flavor text was something about the press taking an interest in you, and the icon was a newspaper. I didn't have the quality, it was just a standard quality reset at the end of a storyline.
Is this part of the Fate-locked Jack content?

if I knew how long it took to advance and "how long I was talked about" I might have not picked it, being drawn deck only. That written, it was amusingly written, as horrific murderings go.
