Buying Fate

I bought fate a while ago off a debit card and it went through immediately, but now that I've linked my account to my twitter (and my ingame username has changed to my twitter name), it seems that is no longer the case. Is this normal or should I worry about my Fate order not going through?

If it doesn't arrive after a few hours I would send a report in to support@failbettergames.com so they can take a look and see what's up.

Monetary questions regarding your account are always best sent as a support ticket to failbetter, as they do nothing but answer suport questions from the emails made for such a thing. Having a thread (one of many) be recognized as a customer support issue is not as likely unless somebody at Failbetter notices it and decides to contact you on it, and that's not a guarantee.
