The title should say enough, is there anything special Doctors/Notaries can do outside of the special option on Sacksmas?

Doctor and Notary also only require 3 Notability instead of the 5 required by other professions in their tier, but give no professional item.

No not really. I think they make more money in terms of pure echo value from the weekly payments but that's about it. These professions aren't super powerful, but at the same time they are the easiest to get so it shouldn't be surprising.
