My alt is two Sackses behind but my main is right on target. And it snowed in the Neath this morning! Excellent.
By the way, I noticed that the Wiki is wrong. The Wild Boar can't increase your Taste of Lacre beyond 16 (where mine is now).

So... there seems to be an issue in the Wicket. The Noman option is the final, most expensive option and is locked to need the developer item Key of Seasons.

I think the Wicket wasn't actually supposed to be open? I saw it open earlier today, even though it said it would open on Jan. 6, but I was out of actions at the time so I didn't enter; now it seems unavailable again.

Both of you are right; they just closed it, it seems. About half an hour ago (or something like that), I managed to go in and get the Zee Znail's Zhell lodgings on the baron, but now I can't enter with any of my characters.

My taste of lacre is at six but the wiki says I can't increase it past that with the monocle. I just need one more level! Just one more! And I have no dreadful surmise to use in the boar. Is it a possible feat?

I just got my twelfth Mr. Sacks visit (I actually feel terrible... I took the more profitable option because I'm lacre-hungry, but I feel so callous!) and I was so concerned to see that Penstock's Wicket wasn't available. Will it be open for all (or at least everyone who's experienced all twelve days of Mr. Sacks) tomorrow?

When you get to the wicket, choose an option that costs 1ToL, then use a bucket. It should boost you to 8.

if you are out of Sacks options, your only option is to use Tears of the Bazaar. or lower it in the wicket and use a bucket to raise it the +3 to 8. Tomorrow that is.
