Red-bordered dream cards

I just noticed that red-bordered cards can be played without using an action if you have none, though they do consume an action if you have more than zero. I wonder if this is intended...considering that your action counter does go negative when accepting a social invite when you have no actions.

It's been like this for quite a while. I'm not sure if it's intentional, though it's definitely a consequence of the mechanics as they are. Previously they would reset the action timer, though they don't do that anymore.

As I understand it, auto fires will definitely fire even without actions. It may be a way to prevent peeking....

Yes, to prevent "perhaps not," The last changes to the cards and decks means it cannot reset your timer for turns if at 0 actions.

It should be impossible to accept a social invite without having actions, so what you're seeing is likely a client-side error.

Yeah, the negative actions thing is just a display error of sorts. If you refresh you'll see it go back to normal (though I think it fixes itself on its own after a few seconds).
