I did the entire University story line and eventually got kicked out. Later I bought my way back in via the Theosophistical Notes thing. But I am not seeing any of the Term Passing storylets. Is there a way to restart those?
I ask because I'd like to grind my SotC rating up to 10. The only other option open to me is the Symphonies route in the Shuttered Palace.

Other than the Palace and the University, you could also look into Fate options at the Labyrinth of Tigers, if you're willing to spend RL cash. One of the beasts gives SotC up to 10 on an option. Another has a chance to up SotC up to 10 as well.
The Solitary Glim Sculptor's gift, after you're done with his Case, will also provide SotC up to 7 (at the cost of some nightmares and wounds, but this is well worth it, I think).

And while poor compared to the options mentioned above, now you have regained University Access, you could use Perhaps you can remember something useful. Just note the scaling of Correspondence Plaques and Watchful to the level of your SotC. So those trying to go to from 9 to 10 for example would need 90 Correspondence Plaques just to "qualify" and a 190 Watchful (along with the Extraordinary Implication and Aeolian Scream) and would consume 90 Correspondence Plaques on a 150 Watchful Check on a success for 1 Cp of the SotC. (So to get to SotC 10 would be as costly as you suspect and you would be grinding Plaques for quite a while.) That written, a Rare Success grants 3 CP SotC and MW (1-10 CP I think) with no consuming of anything. Failure consumes the other components, 10 Plaques, grants 1CP both of nightmares and Wounds and (painfully) takes 5 cp of Watchful. Since the baseline guaranteed success is 250, use a lot of Second Chances before trying each one.
Alas, once your SotC is 10+, this is the only known option of getting it higher. Even Bundles only go to 10.
If there is a fate-Locked story or other method, I do not know of any going beyond 10 (and I have the Bifurcated Owl.)
