So I just started Flint Part 1 after deciding to subscribe, and I seem to be totally stuck inside the Dish&Spoon. I collected both the things I came for, and in desperation even managed to win the "ferociouslier" combat - which gave me NO reward except the Dangerous increase.
Perhaps these two problems are related, in that winning that combat should have given me something to get out of there with?

There's a back door in one of the rooms you can visit. You can just walk out there.
