There's usually 4 snows per year.

Time, The Healer arrived for me this morning, and there was no snow (or additional Christmas cards to send).
In total I was Snowbound three times this year; once during the initial snowfall, then twice from TtH. So it looks like London has had an unusually low amount of precipitation this season.
EDIT: Never mind, it looks like snow will be back soon. edited by James Sinclair on 12/29/2015 edited by James Sinclair on 12/29/2015

So, the last Christmas cards receiving as well? Yes. In the Christmas Card substory, there's a notice that Time will bring no more cards and that they must be sent out by the 31st.

Anyone else fail to read the urchin option about getting a pail of lacre? I think my heart stopped when I saw the mind blowingly high cost of a night whisper and all my storm threnodies. Is lacre really worth 150E?

In echoes? Nope. But if you turn it into a snow man its worth over 300 (now requires more than 1 bucket) and the buckets make it much easier to get five card lodgings. So if you're gonna do something with it, it is worth it. edited by suinicide on 1/14/2016

Somebody on another site did this mistake, so I thought I'd warn everybody (again: )
If you completely lose your Putting the Pieces Together: A Taste of Lacre, you can't buy Buckets of So-Called-Snow from Urchins. If you are in that point, only said Buckets, finishing an (Uncompleted) 12 Days with Mr. Sacks choosing the correct options on certain days or allowing a melting purchased Noman (not getting to Noman Knows 15+) and putting it in a Bucket for So-Called Snow can add that Taste back.
You don't wan t to get to this point.
It's always best to have +3 Taste for the Wicket anyway (to enter) and a +1 taste to buy the Snow. Even if you have a Taste balance when the Christmas event ends, you can buy Tears of the Bazaar in the Nadir with them or save them as Rollover for next year's events (they last unlike the buckets which can also be used in De Gustibus.) edited by the truthseeker on 1/14/2016
