Can't log in anymore?

So I tried logging into an alternate Fallen London account and got an error "can't log you in with those credentials". At first I figured I had forgotten my password, but when I tried the "forgot password" option, it says there is no account associated with that email. I also don't think I accidentally deleted my account because I tried sending myself invitations and have gotten those invitation sent to the associated email.
I have sent in a ticket, but I figured I'd post for good measure. Is it glitch? Did I accidentally change the email somehow?
