It's not a new card. It's now helpfully indicating what kind of card you're sending by mentioning its menace reducing properties.

Is it too late to join in on this? I would really appreciate any cards to reduce Scandal or Wounds if anyone still has them. I still have all my cards this week, so just add a note to say what kind you'd like back.
