Sorry, I'm back now. It's a fairly rare thing, because you need Stormy-Eyed at 19 and can't leave until it's all used up, in the normal Menace area way. Lots of Aeolian Screams in the process.
Incidentally, I had 17 from ordinary doings and picked the rest up in a day or so on Mutton Island.

It's no longer possible to accept them because the sender is missing the quality.
This was done to fix a possible exploit when sending multiple invitations without them being accepted while in The Mind.

Well, I was in there over the course of three days, and the last of the invites was sent on day 2.
What a shame the ordinary player is disadvantaged because of a few "exploiters".

It kind of makes sense to meet the requirements when the participant accepts the invitation.
Probably it will be better to lower the quality when sending the invitation. Having an ongoing invitation from high in the sky while you're back in London isn't the weirdest thing that can happen in the Neath!
