What's with the transparent mouse-over windows?

Today, I've noticed that the mouse over windows that you see when you place your cursor over an icon in a storylet, or in your inventory, are now transparent with black lettering (instead of being opaque beige with black lettering). Because of the places they tend to appear, this makes them very hard to read! Has anyone else noticed this, and, if so, has anyone else filed a bug report? I don't want to bother FBG if they're aware of the problem. Thanks.

I regularly have this when the website fails to load/update fully. Generally F5 resolves it

It happens occasionally for me when my internet connection's bad; I think it comes from the browser not properly loading the mouseover background image.
