Revisiting a certain quiet location

A while ago, I briefly visited an obscure place that was quite lacking in screams. There were not many options I could take, so I left soon after without exploring many opp cards. However I just learned today that there were a few different cards I missed or ignored as they needed a little bit of grinding. I'm rather keen on collecting as much as possible, including journal records, so I'll be making a return trip soon. As such, what are the various non-key options that I can pursue?
