Intoxicating?

I'm not sure if anyone has ever touched on this, but recently, while changing my mantelpiece item, I noticed that while hovering over a wines item that an "intoxicating" value came up. This also happens in the "myself" tab. Does anyone know what this means? Have I discovered some secret quality in the neathy alcohol? Am I afflicted with a bug?
...Have I read too much into this?

The best of my research leads me to believe it has something to do with the new exceptional story. I doubt I would be at liberty to say what even if I were more acutely aware. In short, it's altogether probably intended and nothing to worry about.
