Making My Name

I am somewhat puzzled about something... in the (almost) two weeks I have been playing, I have advanced "Making My Name" in the areas of Watchmaker's Hill, the Veilgarden. and Ladybones Road, but I seem not to have begun that story in Spite. Naturally I want to make my name there as well, but I don't seem to be able to find the thread that does so, despite quite a bit of hanging out in the area. What am I missing?

The 'making your name' content is very recent - they haven't released the content for Shadowy yet.
