I'm trying to become a person of some importance and I'd like to choose the option "Because they love you". However, I recently sold my Memento of Passion because I didn't know I would need it. Is there any way to get a new one? (I'm banished from court, soo....)

Unfortunately, you can only acquire that from Court. You should still be able to choose one of the other options. Once the choice is made, there's no mechanical difference at least.
