Through the course of years my character accumulated a lot of Magnanimous, but that really doesn't suit him well, especially combined with Heartless 15. So is there any way for a person with capped stats to get rid of that unnecessary virtue?

Sir Valiant Carrington, a heartless hedonist and honorary governor of Port Carnelian. You can ask him for a sip of Cider (here's how by an_ocelot) if you catch him in London.
Farshin Jarrah, merry trickster and incorrigible optimist.
Serine, gone down the well but not forgotten.

Veilgarden -> Dabble in the Great Game -> Repent your Mercy. You'll quickly forget all about being Magnanimous...
