Getting rid of "Can't Discard" cards

Now that "A Polite Invitation" no longer clears my tableau, I'm stumped for a way to get rid of "Crime or punishment?" without rasing my Turncoat stat.
Any advice?

Use up your Favors Criminals, perhaps by increasing renown with the skeleton key. Other methods of spending favors can be found on the wiki too. If you have less than 5 favors then the card goes away.
