Fellow Londoners,
Any hints on repeatable (or non-repeatable) actions that raise the subtle quirk? I actually can't remember why I wanted to know, but it's there on a note on my desk. I've searched, but can't seem to find anything clear.

You can find a list of options that raise it here. There's this option that can get it up to 10 without needing opportunity cards, while I don't know of any repeatable ways to get it higher than 10 at this time.
