This is getting annoying. The thing is though, Failbetter might not have much to do with it. Being an indie studio they probably rent servers at a data centre. These may be problems affecting all the servers at the data centre. It probably doesn't help that all of these have happened outside normal working hours (weekend and now early morning BST).

I could barely play all weekend, and now that we're almost at the new Exceptional Story, it's happening again.  I hate to whine but it is really frustrating to feel like I'm throwing my money (and more importantly, my Echoes!) away.
I just want a chance to enjoy my new Overgoat.

Yeah, the game isn't loading for me either. I'm glad I managed to unlock the current Exceptional Story on Gloria before this cropped back up.
