Cant Sell Items

Hi. I'm new to the game(just joined today) and found that I cant click the "sell" option in the bazaar... I also cant click the green Dismiss button for the achievement(?) for Making Your Name: Watchful. Does anyone have a fix? Also, sorry if this is the wrong place for this. Ill gladly move it.
