If this is an original piece: this reminds me of Cryptic Clues... a mix of Clay Men, the Cheery Man Nightmares card, and the Iron Republic. I love it!
If this is game content: I wonder what this is teasing. Whatever it is, it sounds Iron Republic-esque... everything is insane, yet everything is immensely awesome.
