Currently cannot access via multiple computers, phone, cannot ping the dns name or its IP. Maybe AmazonAWS dropped the ball? Maintenance? #goesintowithdrawal

Seems to be down again, or experiencing horrendous amounts of latency. Loading hat icon spins indefinitely most of the time after clicking anything. Tried to logout and back in, but cannot log back in.
Tried to sign up for mobile test, it said my email has already had too many attempts to subscribe even though it's my first time? What the...Hell?
