Availability of old Exceptional Stories

so I know there are supposed to be some three months between an exceptional story's initial début and it's appearance on the fate page. Aren't we, therefore, due to see them appear soon? Do we know exactly when? I assumed they've come along with the usual monthly story, but they seem to be delaying.
