Does anyone know if the 100-fate option an auto-accept like the Christmas Cards, or if someone can reject it?

Just bounced some fate from one alt to another.
The option automatically places a box of fate into the recipient's inventory. They need to actually open the box to get the fate creditted.

Sorry! I meant to ask about the 100 Fate option at Christmas.
The one that send a bottle of Tears of the Bazaar to go with your Christmas Card, since regular Christmas cards are auto-accepted.
