Considering getting Sunless Sea, but I am concerned because I use an on-screen keyboard due to a disability. Does turning left/right or anything else in the game require pressing 2 keys at once? I can only press 1 key at a time.

Turning is a single key for either direction. Same for accelerate/decelerate.
I can't think of anything in the game which requires chording.
You'll miss out on the tactical ability to change velocity and direction at the same time, which might make the combat aspects of the game more difficult. Similarly turning and firing weapons simultaneously. The game should be fully playable, though, and combat isn't the most important part of the game.

Technically, you should be able to re-bind any keys to however you wish to pla.
