New Rookery Password Option?

Okay, so I was leveling up some Connected: Urchins and got to the point where a Rookery password was needed. And I see this as a option:
[spoiler]Run the rooftops in honour of "A New Wind"
A New Wind, the urchins say, has come from beneath the Bazzar to walk in the Flit.They'll honour it with a race. Will you join them?
This will substantially Increase Daring and decrease melancholy, and consume your Password.
Needs Shadow 250, Daring 12-14.[/spoiler]

I take it that you avoided the 'quirk polishers' thread? All of the connection boosting items got something similar.
