As the topics says does the Kickstarter additional friends key get all future DLCs too?
And how do you get the DLCs on Steam? Automatically? Or will you get an eMail with a key?

A KS key is considered an early (actually pre-)release game, so yes, it will get the DLC for free. However, your friends should not get the KS benefits the main player account got unless that key specifically says it does.
