Catching Dreams: Anything Better than Cards?

I am currently trying to get a swath of Dream qualities up to 5 to progress in the Ambition "A Hearts Desire" on my alt. But it is taking forever, and I haven't even touched upon the Fire Sermons. Does anyone know of a better way than waiting for opportunity cards?

I don't think there is.
Can use K&C items past 5 but not up to it.
If you can remain in an area that has few to no location specific opportunity cards it can speed things up some. Carnival is probably easiest to reach.
