The wiki claims that spending the night with the Once-Dashing Smuggler will get you a few change points above 10, but it's once only. I'm working on that as well, and will report if it works.

By the way, has anyone checked if "Drowning Prudence in Passion" will still get you above 10 Hedonist? It seems like it should...

I have Scarlet Saint too, if anyone is keeping a list. It is currently displayed on my mantelpiece.
Grinding connected Church was certainly tedious! It made me glad to be a shepherd of souls...

I can report that spending the night with the Once-Dashing Smuggler will get you above 10 Hedonist. Even if you can only do it once. Small bonus: it does not cost you any Austere.

Does anyone know of any uncapped increases in Fate-Locked content? I can't find any mention of uncapped content besides the court and the closest to bohemian options (which have been shown to be capped now) on the wiki and the only thing I can think of (save a 130 hour grind in the court) is that Fate Locked stories may not have been capped.

I noticed that there are exit options from the tomb colonies for Hedonist and Austere both under 10, and for either Hedonist or Austere above 10 but there is no option for hedonist and austere both over 10. Does this mean that if you had both quirks up, you would be trapped?

That would be inconceivably horrible. Though I think that even with half of hedonist 114 you would still keep your title of "Most Hedonistic Man".
[spoiler] Though I did calculate, for fun, the amount of actions that it would take for you to raise your hedonist back up from 57 to 114, assuming that you started now and used the court option. You would have to participate in 652 threesomes, valuing at a minimum action count of 157,132 or approximately 2.8 years assuming you use every action available. This number ignores the actions you would use to get back from the Tomb Colonies.
Your hedonist value of 114, using the same system of value estimation and assuming that you start with a hedonist value of 10 and an arbitrarily large amount of Connected Duchess would take a total of 919 court threesomes, 221,479 actions not including tomb colony shenanigans, or just over 4 years of grinding, again, not including tomb colony shenanigans.
If I add the tomb colonies in and assume that you always use the "Letter to an Old Flame, Duchess Option" you would use 110 cp of connected and a total of 16 actions per trip, coming to a total of 14,704 actions added onto the hefty pile with the added consideration of 124,065 cp of Connected Duchess spent getting into court and out of the tomb colonies.
If we factor in the grind for Connected Duchess, using the "Publish poetry in praise of the Duchess" option in the Palace you would spend an additional 12,406 actions.
In conclusion, your Hedonist value in this current state of the game, would take 248,589 actions or 4 Years and 198 days.

TL;DR Nigel Overstreet's Hedonist value would take 248,589 actions to achieve. This is the equivalent of grinding for 3 firkins of Hesperidean Cider and can be appraised as valuing at 489,720.33 echos based on the maximum possible EPA grind and the action cost of getting that quality.

For those not already exiled from Court, the new Persuasive-checkpointing system has a number of Must storylets that can increase quirks (including Hedonist, for Scarlet Saint purposes) up to 15, while decreasing other quirks. If you want high-level quirks out of this system, it might be worth choosing the lower options in the first Must storylet, as that'll give you more opportunities. But be prepared to lose quirks as well!

This was the most confusing update i've seen so far. I was waiting in one of the cards with 0 actions for action reftresh, and was busy in some other window. When i switched back and pressed Go, i got some unexpected result in form of flowers and some Masters of Bazaar CP.
Needless to say, i have no idea how i got there, and what other options people are talking about (had only 1 choice anyway).
P.S. Since i am recently was banned from court, and most actions it seems is there, does this update adds anything relevant for my character at all?

In case it's applicable to anyone looking into Scarlet Saint (for instance for newer players, new alts, or anyone who's not exiled from court + hasn't chosen a point on the Persuasive tracker yet) it looks as if it's possible to get at least 25 CP of Hedonist via the Persuasive tracker checkpoints, possibly more. That's enough to go from Hedonist 10 to Hedonist 12, although for new characters you'd have to diligently raise Hedonist to 10 (most likely via devils) first.

So I went back to the start with the new changes in Persuasive tracking. I haven't actually tried repeating it, but it looked to me like having a menage a trois with the Melancholy Curate and His Sister was a repeatable way to get CP to Hedonist above 10.

I seem to have the opposite problem - my hedonist is high enough, but my austere is VERY low. Is there a good way to increase austere without losing hedonist? And what is the Iron Republic cycle that increases austere? I haven't been there in a while and I was enjoying the visit, not playing strategically.
