I've noticed that every time I use a certain enhancement, it diminishes! I seem to remember that same surgical parlor down in Flute street when I acquired it offered a service relating to scars. I forget the wording of said service, but was wondering whether it would restore my enhancement back to its original glory? Or whether it merely paves the way for purchasing it again for another 100 fate?
