Getting "A Particular day in the Neath"

Amorphist Posts: 16 6/24/2015	Hello my tasty little tidbits, I've recently been informed that there are certain "codes" one can utter to cause the airs of the day to shift a certain way for us. I've found a number of them listed here http://fallenlondon.wikia.com/wiki/Category:A_Particular_Day_in_the_Neath But the questions is, is how do I activate them? Are they a time-locked event I have missed, or am I just not realizing where to enter them to cause their affect? Thanks for any help you can offer
