Subscription does not seem to have renewed automatically for the month. When I click on subscribe to check it, I get a message saying 'You have already subscribed. Your Exceptional Friendship will be renewed 7 hours ago'. Only 20 candles showing up. Hmmm....

There's an issue with subscriptions that can cause Exceptional Friendship to lapse for up to several hours in some cases on the day of renewal. With just a little luck, we'll have a fix for this today – but no promises just yet.
Edit: the fix is now in. If anyone else encounters this issue, it would be great if you could email us at support@failbettergames.com so we can put things right.
