Question About Scandal and Progress

If you are sent to the Tomb-colonies, do you lose your progress in current storylets, in particular progress on a short story? Because my Scandal is getting up there. I haven't yet been to the Tomb-colonies, and I'd kind of like to see them, but I also don't want to lose all the work I put into my short story potential.

Don't worry, you don't lose any progress qualities when you are exiled to the Tomb-Colonies. You'll lose your Knife and Candle form, but that's it.

Some Progress qualities never reset on leaving London - Potential, Pocketful of Loose Change, Someone is Coming, Wilmot's End.
Don't worry about these.
