Becoming an Exceptional Friend

There used to be an option to become an Exceptional friend for 20 nex per month on the Fate page. I recently bought some Nex for that purpose but I'm not seeing the option anymore. Is the only way to become an Exceptional Friend now to subscribe using a credit card? That's not possible for me at the moment.
