Exceptional stories availability? (please tell me)

I'm currently awaiting the addition of PayPal support for exceptional friendship. I think it might happen at the end of may, when nex becomes fate (at least I hope it happens then), but say it happens in june, or even further, would I miss any given months exceptional story? I know they'll become available later, as fate locked content for everyone, but say someone becomes an exceptional friend in 6 months, would they get the 6 stories, or would they be forced to spend a huge amount of fate?

I believe you only get Exceptional Story access for the months in which you are an Exceptional Friend.

DragonRidingSorceress is an Author of good standing. Mostly good standing. She's happy to accept any social action except Photographer and Loitering, but requests warnings before duping/poisoning/etc.
