Just to lets you know you can also reduce nightmares by buying laundinium from the bazaar or drinking hot wine in the refreshment tent of the carnival.

Certainly. In you lodgings there should be Find a way to deal with your Nightmares -> Invite a friend over to Confess your Fears. If you want to send about 3 of those requests my way I can accept those, which should reduce your nightmares significantly.
