I have "Working toward a Foreign Posting" 7 and "Mysteries of the Foreign Office" 5.
Which is a better choice: The Face or The Teeth?

Well, I won't spoil Fate-locked story, but in terms of material rewards, the Face offer a choice of a Persuasive Home Comfort or a Persuasive and Watchful Spouse, while the Teeth offer a Shadowy Home Comfort or a Shadowy and Dangerous Spouse. In terms of story progression, they're identical, in that they both offer to bring you to the next stage of their story, but both actually sit at a current content boundary.
