Permanent -2 Wounds?

I noticed that I have a perpetual -2 Wounds modifier even when I don't have anything equipped:

Does anyone know if this is from some other quality I've got? I can't remember when this started, but it wasn't that long ago... I think? Mostly just curious where this originated and whether I can turn it off, although it does make it a little harder to go visit the river.
