do i have to start the game over again ever time i die, with a new captain ? or can i load the automatic saves ? thanks

If you die it is an automatic save so you would have to start a new game. The only way to avoid it is to use manual saves.

Sorry RL means I am not a very active player at the moment. No social actions unless you are prepared to wait and definitely no sparring or other mult-action things.
