A question to fellow Fallen Londoners, and our beloved content creators, that comes in two parts - concerning the wine bottle obtained for choosing this option from 'A presumptuous little opportunity' card:

1) Has anyone discovered a use, in any way, for the wine 'Fourth City Airag: Year of The Tortoise'?

Even the roll over text, "At last you find an obliging fellow from Tartary who can translate the faded label. 'For the Khan of Dreams'. It smells like Horse-sick." Is very cryptic in its potential future use. The Dream stories are the most varied, and are probably the most incomplete, (in regards to 'already in-game, but not yet available/no further content yet), so I figured it could be a while before anything comes in.
My hopes were raised by the significant overhaul and improvements to the items and economy - and hoped it would add some functionality for the bottle, but no such luck..

2) More for the devs - are there any plans, at least with a degree of concrete-ness, for this items use, (preferably soon)? If so, can you say anything at all?

It's a forward question to be sure - however, I ask because of what it takes to obtain the item, vs. what it does.

Most noteworthy are:
(a) Its requirements. 5 cellars of wine, which are one of the hardest POSI items to obtain. Aside from grinding, only the Bishop in the Labyrinth will give you one, if you manage to breed the Hound of Heaven. The armoured seal needed for this is the hardest of the 4 beasts to get hold of in terms of actions - and requires a ship. Then requires all the actions needed to prepare a creature for breeding, (which is in fact more than the grind). Either way, getting 5 is a serious undertaking.

(b) It's comparisons. Every other item or storylet of this nature, is usually a broze or gold bordered story card, and continues in the Bazaar sidestreets, or a Gold storylet box of its own at a specific location. Many other plain opportunity cards with a unique looking option at the bottom of a list will start you on a new tale, and update your 'Story' Minor Quality. This item of course currently does neither. When I was finally ready with all 5 Cellars of Wine and the opportunity card finally came back up from the deck, seeing all that stuff disappear in exchange for the one bottle, with not even a new 'twist in my tale', directions on someone to talk to about my 'specialist tastes', or even the unlocking of a new Opportunity card was really disappointing. At least when held up to the level of quality the rest of the game and its stories have.

Having updated and added opportunities to most items in the game, I was hoping there would be something finally available for the bottle, (especially as the 'A presumptuous little opportunity' card has been in the game for a while now).

Thanks for taking the time to read.
