Exceptional Friends system question

CapnDaedalus Posts: 2 4/29/2015	Before I was apparently able to subscribe to the House of Chimes and get the 40 action points by buying it with NEX. I just now got this "Exceptional Friends" story and now apparently I have to enter a credit card and treat it as a monthly subscription. Is this an error that will be fixed? I'd much rather have the option to purchase the access with NEX whenever I have the NEX for it. edited by CapnDaedalus on 4/29/2015
