Has failure locked me out of this card?

So recently I made a try at the "A fair-sized job for the right cracksman," opportunity card, and failed at the attempt. Since then, it hasn't come up in the deck, and I'm beginning to wonder if it was perhaps a one time only thing. It's also possible that now that I'm actively wanting it, it seems much rarer.
Hope someone knows!

It's probably just delayed because you now want it. Remember that the RNG can sense your needs and work to deny you :-)
But you're doing exactly the right thing - evidence has shown that mentioning a delayed card here on the forums expedites its next arrival. This is because the RNG also reads the forums and likes to mess with us :-)

The RNG has a built in urgency sensor. The more you want it the more it holds out on you.
It's the only explanation.
