Title field text getting stripped when you edit?

I've had the title fields occasionally go blank when I pull up a card from the list to edit. Not just the first one...the title field for every single branch and result on the card. Anyone else having this problem? I'm in Safari. If it's not a known issue, I'll try to pin down exactly when it happens and ticket it.

I've noticed this is weirdly sporadic. Occasionally when I edit a storylet a few of the branch titles will be blank. If I do nothing to that branch, all is well. If I edit something within the branch with a missing title, it requires me to reenter a title. I'll ticket it.
